If you want to record audio on channel 3 when the panic button is pressed:

Under Setup/Surveillance/Record/Main Stream

You need to enable the No Audio-Pre-Record on the channel 3.

And then 

Under Setup/Alarm/Base/IO Alarm

Select panic button trigger and go to Linkage Setup and tick Channel 3.
